Things Worth Knowing

This week was a quick one; always seems to fly by when the week is broken up. On Tuesday, I flew to DC for a quick 24 hours in the capital city. Landed, checked in to hotel, had a quick dinner with friends and then headed to the West Wing of the White House for our 830pm tour. Afterwards, we had drinks with our lovely and knowledgeable guide at the Benjamin Bar in the Trump International Hotel. One of the prettiest bars I’ve been to in a long time, and definitely worth seeing the next time you’re in DC. The next morning I visited the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum and the National Portrait Gallery before hopping on a plane home. And now its Friday again! Who else feels like they are always catching up just to fall behind again? Well, here’s to hoping we can catch up this weekend and have a few extra minutes to read this things worth knowing from around the web.
