GREENS FOR ALL SMOOTHIE
- 5 0z/1 cup frozen or fresh pineapple, chopped
- 2 oz/1 cup organic frozen spinach
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 8 1/2 fl oz/1 cup rice milk or coconut water
Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth and adjust the spiciness to your tasting with the ginger.
To make the smoothie heartier you can top it with homemade granola (read my post on the best granola here) and any fruit and nuts you have on hand. So good for you and so quick to make and sure to be added to your breakfast rotation
